Intarch has provided a range of analytical services for existing buildings as well as comparative building analysis for selecting a property which would best suit the requirements of a particular client. Our Facility Analysis for Contra Costa Water District is a good example of this. The Building Analysis we performed for Pacific Bell Directory in San Jose was an invaluable tool for the client in selecting the appropriate building for relocation of the sales facility. We have extensive experience in programming for both renovations and new projects. Programming activities include interviews with client-designated staff members to determine a project's needs and requirements, and to establish the total square footage required. Research into project requirements covers a wide variety of issues including adjacencies, separation, economics, aesthetics, function, acoustics, lighting, growth maintenance, security, energy, safety and accessibility. |
