Intarch Design Associates was retained to provide full architectural and interior design services for the relocation of the Santa Clara sales facility (30,000 sq. ft.) to a new and expanded 42,000 sq. ft. facility in the San Jose Central Business District. The project involved comparative building analysis, programming, space planning, design, construction documents, furniture selection &  specifications and construction administration. 

The facility is housed on two floors and is composed of executive offices, large expanses of open areas with modular work stations for sales staff, training rooms, break room/lounge, conference rooms, resource library, brochure rooms, information management services, mail facilities, customer rooms and a large divisible multi-purpose room for 180 people.
