Intarch Design Associates was retained to prepare a Facility Analysis and Feasibility Study for CCWD for the year 2000. Requirements were established for the administrative office building, records storage, operations and maintenance facilities, chemical storage, concrete storage bins, warehouse meter shop and parking. An overall master Site Plan was developed for the existing 3 acre lot. The project also involved space planning, construction documents, interior design, furniture specification and construction administration for the remodel of the existing 25,000 sq. ft. Administrative Building. |
