Intarch Design Associates was retained to remodel the Clayton Branch for Wells Fargo Bank. The project involved space planning, Preparation of Construction Documents and Construction Administration.   Additional ATM's and a night deposit safe were added, as well as an exterior door at the north wall, new sidewalks and additional parking spaces.  Existing bathrooms were remodeled to meet the Title 24 handicapped requirements. The lobby, teller line and platform areas were re-planned to create a spacious feeling. The existing teller line was removed and a modular Herman Miller teller line was installed.  The high wood beamed ceilings were retained, and painted with a light color to create a feeling of openness.
