Intarch Design Associates was retained to provide full architectural and interior design services for a 3,000 sq. ft. credit union branch in Pleasanton. The project involved programming, space planning, interior design, furniture specifications, custom casework for teller lines and interior ATM, lightning design and specification, construction documents and construction administration. The credit union is located in the Mission Plaza shopping strip in a shell space. The design included high ceilings with exposed beams, central teller line, tiled entry way, lounge seating areas and platform area for loan officers. Key emphasis was placed on lighting design and creating an environment that was functional and comfortable for customers.
